New Tenant Improvement Project Completion in Downtown Detroit

Six Contracting team members completed the recent design and construction management for IPG MediaBrands in Downtown Detroit's First National Building. The full floor renovation presented a variety of challenges, from historic tax credit considerations, to unique existing building conditions that required structural analysis, and creative solutions applied to meet modern building standards.
